Cultivation Technician

Duties
Include but not limited to: 
Cloning
Transplanting
Plant maintenance and pruning
Integrated pest management – identify/report pests, implement IPM practices
Nutrient and water management – water and feed plants
Involvement in all stages of cultivation – seed/clone to market ready flower
Harvest, drying, curing, post-harvest processing 
 
Minimum Skills and Abilities Required
Have a basic understanding of cannabis laws and regulations, including Metrc
Knowledge of plant pests and diseases, as well as treatment options
Understanding of nutrient and water requirements for cannabis plants
Must be able to individually lift 50lbs
Must be able to work 40 hours per week consistently
Must be able to work in an outdoor cultivation environment, 90+°F temps
Must have reliable transportation to the farm, as well as, be punctual for work
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Open to learning and flexible to new ideas
Positive attitude is a must
 
Minimum Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required, Four year college degree preferred
At least 4 years cannabis industry experience required
 
Requirements 
Must hold a valid OLCC Workers Permit (at least 21 years of age)
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
