Summary
     Remedy River is an OLCC licensed organic cannabis farm located in the heart of the Applegate Valley.  We strive to produce the highest quality sungrown cannabis by implementing regenerative farming practices and cultivating exclusive robust genetics.  Remedy River is a family owned and operated business looking for the right candidate to be an integral part of our future.  
     The Sales Rep. role is a part-time position that could be as low as 8-16 hours per week or up to 40 hours per week depending on the motivation and work ethic of the individual.  The position primarily entails building and maintaining relationships with dispensary intake managers and buyers.  This includes, but is not limited to; coordinating flower showings and sample drops, following up on all interactions, delivery product when ordered, and collecting payment on orders.  A basic knowledge of Metrc is preferred.  
 
Duties
Sales, Sales, Sales
Build relationships with dispensaries, follow up regularly for buyer’s needs
Circular manifests for flower showings
Sample drops
Delivery of products ordered to retail, and return cash to farm
Manage all purchases on nets and collect
 
Requirements 
Must hold a valid OLCC Workers Permit (at least 21 years of age)
Must have a valid US Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for transportation 
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Minimum Skills and Abilities Required
Have a basic understanding of cannabis laws and regulations, including Metrc
Have an understanding of the value of organic, native soil, sun grown cannabis
Be passionate about the cannabis plant and the industry
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to step out of comfort zone to meet new people and build new connections
Open to learning and flexible to new ideas
Positive attitude is a must
